Paul is an experienced litigator with multiple jury verdicts in excess of $2 million. After clerking with the United States Attorneys Office for three years, Paul began practicing with a mid-size litigation firm in Charleston, West Virginia. A 1983 graduate of Asbury College, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina in 1991.
An experienced litigator with more than 30 trials under his belt, Brandon Johnson is a former Assistant United States Attorney. He is experienced in the appellate review of cases and has presented cases at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the West Virginia Supreme Court. In addition, Brandon worked as a trial lawyer for a large insurance company. Brandon earned a Bachelor's degree from Asbury College in 1982, a Masters in Education from the University of Vermont in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University in 1990.
